How to Delete Files

Only administrators can delete any file. Any other user role is able to delete their own file, according to their security permissions.

To delete files from files view:

1. Click on the Files section on the left hand of Hibox.
2. Select the file that you have uploaded to Hibox. You can search and filter them by owner or stream in the search and filter box.
3. On the right-hand side of the screen, click delete and the file will be removed from Hibox.
   

To delete files from stream view:

1. Go to the stream where you have added the file to.
2. Delete the message that you sent the file with and it will be removed.
