How to Designate User Roles

  1. Click on your name on the left-hand sidebar of Hibox.
  2. Then click on Users.
  3. A box will pop up on the right-hand side of the screen where you can edit the role of current users to Administrator, Manager, Basic and External.

  4. Simply select the arrow of the drop-down menu on the right of each user’s name, and you can choose their roles.
  5. The changes will automatically be saved.
