How to Create Streams

Streams can be used to organize your team into groups, usually by department (Finance, Marketing, HR, etc) or by project. You can share messages and documents within streams, and use streams to coordinate tasks with your team!

1. Click on the ‘+’ button located next to ‘Streams’ in the left-hand sidebar of Hibox.
   
2. A pop-up will appear on the right-hand side of your screen.
   
3. Type in the name of the stream.
4. Decide if you want the stream to be private.
   Private streams can only be seen by the users you specifically invite. Any user can join public streams by clicking on “Join group”.
5. Click ‘Create’.
